Groupon USA is selling Groupons for businesses that no longer honor the Groupons - Groupon USA


I am no longer a fan of Groupon. They have now, THREE TIMES, sold me Groupons for businesses that have cancelled their contract with Groupon. In all instances, the contract had been cancelled more than 30 days prior to the sale and in the last instance the contract was cancelled more than 45 days prior to the sale. Groupon must be TOTALLY DISORGANIZED AND INEFFICIENT. Any decent business should have procedures in place to remove advertised items from their web advertising within 7 days of cancellation and definitely within two weeks. To continue selling certificates, that are no longer being honored, 30-45 days after contract cancellation shows total disregard for their customers. To make matters worse, the Groupon representative only wanted to offer me "Groupon Credit" in return for the dishonored certificates; I had to fight to have a credit issued back to my credit card.
